Seminole Music's "Best of the Bay" CD 1998

September 15, 1998 -- Seminole Music has announced it will once again help promote local bay area bands and the local music scene with a CD release featuring all local talent.  All Tampa bay area bands are eligible to enter and win a spot on the CD.  There are between fifteen and twenty spots up for grabs on the CD and all styles of music are welcome. 

The CD will be available for sale in local music stores, local record store retailers and directly from Seminole Music’s Web site at:

Any band that enters the contest will be eligible to receive promotion on Seminole Music’s Web site,  including their band's photograph, biography, musical style, influences and upcoming gigs. 

A huge CD release party at Gators Cafe , one of the areas premier clubs, will feature food, drinks and LIVE music from all the bands featured on the CD. 

Entries must be received by October 31st, 1998. Entries will not be returned. All entries must be in digital format (CD or DAT). Entries will be judged on sound quality, originality and commercial marketability.
