The Original Florida Spiritualaires
Rev. Fleming Tarver and The Original Florida Spiritualaires are a gospel group that has touched so many hearts all over the state. Rev. Tarver has been singing for over forty years. He has been singing through bad times as well as good times, traveling all over the United States.
He was called by God to preach the gospel, he now pastors the Saint John Missionary Baptist Church at 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. in Clearwater, Florida. He teaches the word of God as well as preaches.
Rev. Tarver is unable to travel over the states anymore; therefore, his son, Troy Tarver, Sr., has picked up where his father left off. Troy has put together a CD called "All of These Years" that has touched so many hearts.
On February 21, 1998 the The Original Florida Spiritualaires represented the Tampa Bay area at Gospel Thunder '98. This event was held at the Bayfront Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.
