Proudly Present the Fourth Annual Guitar Wars Contest

Musicians from all over the country competed in April for prizes in the thousands.  The competition was held once again  held at Gators Cafe and Saloon in Treasure Island, FL.  Seminole Music & Sound organized the contest with sponsorship from Fender Guitars, Jackson Guitars, Ibanez Guitars, Marshall Amplifiers, and D'Addario Strings.

There was several bands hosting the activities, and Gators offered food and drink specials each night. All ages were welcome to come out and enjoy the contest. 

The semi-finals for the competition were held on the following dates:  

  • Monday, April 2nd, 2001
  • Monday, April 9th, 2001
  • Monday, April 16th, 2001
  • Monday, April 23rd, 2001

Grand prizes were given away on the final evening of competition - Monday, April 30th, 2001.
