Joe has been teaching since 1974. he attended West Liberty University in West Virginia from 1977-1981 on a 4 year musical scholarship where he participated in every available instrumental performance group. He then attended Kirkwood Community College in Iowa on another music scholarship while receiving several recognitions at the Elmhurst Jazz Festival. Joe teaches all Woodwind and Brass instruments.
